Several months ago I announced that Media By Numbers was acquired by Hollywood.com. Since then, the past few months have been a whirlwind of activity and growth for the box office division with recognition from peers, industry trades and the national press as box office experts in the entertainment business.

Today, I wanted to make you aware that we are officially transitioning the Media By Numbers brand to the Hollywood.com Box Office brand and you will see it credited on all box office data, charts and communication moving forward. We would like to be credited as Hollywood.com Box Office on all charts and attributed as such in your use of our data. We realize this process may take some time or require additional approval and we are here to address any concerns regarding the transition.

How will this change affect the services you currently receive? There will be no change at all. On behalf of Hollywood.com, we are committed to providing excellent service as well as the timely box office data, forecasting and trend analysis. Thanks to this partnership, we are able to provide our clients with an even greater span of services and resources which ultimately gives you, our valued customer, an enhanced and more superior service offering.
